The three founding partners had spent years working on the same operations from different sides of the table: one closing purchases, another reviewing the paperwork behind them, the third protecting the assets once they were empty. The recurring pattern was always the same — the investor was the only one who had to coordinate all three.
Nova Activos was created to absorb that coordination. The purpose is straightforward: to accompany investors through the entire process of acquiring, managing and later selling financial-institution properties, with a 360º approach that runs from the purchase itself through to marketing.
Operations are structured with a minimum estimated return of 20% per deal. That figure is not a promise: it is the threshold below which we do not recommend proceeding.
